At Insomnia Solutions, LLC,  there are no hidden gimmicks or crazy contracts for our services.  We believe in simplicity, transparency, and partnerships with our clients that are mutually beneficial.  The following information is universal regardless of service type.

Our Ethics

  • We will always be transparent in what is or is not possible, whether by limitations by us or you, or within the systems, platforms or architectures selected.
  • We will respect our clients, for they are part of the Insomnia Solutions, LLC family and we ask the same.
  • We will respect relationships between clients, because the products, services, and technologies they employ are part of their unique experience
  • We will respect our vendors, but hold them accountable to the promises they make to our clients.
  • We will succeed, because otherwise nobody wins.

Our Pricing

  • Pricing for the service requested will be delivered in a proposal document that includes a Scope of Work (SOW) mutually agreed upon.
  • Contracts are binding minus clear material breach on either party.
  • We would never leave you in the cold, so we mutually agree on 30 days advance notice before the termination of services or the balance of the remaining days are due upon termination.
  • We will employ technologies for your unique account that gives transparency to your established budget.
  • We will always recognize when time spent includes time to learn and credit that time appropriately.
  • We are not responsible for third-party contracts executed by you as part of the mutually agreed SOW, but will always advocate alongside you to resolution.

Our Payments

  • Billed Services are due on the first of each month, but no later than the 5th unless your agreement stipulates otherwise.
  • We accept Check, ACH, Wire Transfer (but will not cover your bank fees), Debit/Credit, PayPal, Venmo, and will work with you on other methods.  PLEASE DO NOT MAIL CASH.
  • Accounts that are late in any 2 consecutive months will be charged 10% of contract value on the following invoice.
  • If you have a foreseen delay, let us know, we can work with you and without penalty or disruption.
